What we collect
Contact details you choose to share with us: your preferred messaging channel (WeChat, KakaoTalk, Zalo, LINE or WhatsApp) and the ID for it, and optionally your name, email address, language preference, and interests.
Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser information, and referral source (including advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters), via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use it
To have a licensed advisor respond to your inquiry on the channel you chose; to send you property information you requested (for example a price list or market report); to operate, measure and improve the website and our advertising (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API); and to send occasional market updates if you subscribed by email (you can unsubscribe at any time).
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your messaging ID with any third party outside our advisory team and the service providers strictly needed to operate this site.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) tools to measure which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries. Where lead events are shared with Meta for measurement, personal identifiers such as email are hashed before transmission. You can limit this through your cookie preferences.
Data retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to advise you and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing at any time, by contacting [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
