The contractor
A general contractor, not a package of trades.
Doan Luc builds industrial plants for Taiwanese and Chinese manufacturers, and carries the whole of it: architectural design, construction, MEP, fire protection, interior fit-out, and the filing of the project’s legal procedures.
Structural steel comes from its own fabrication works, with AAC block, ALC panel, concrete and brick behind it. The profile is explicit that the company does not chase high-risk contracts and does not bid at any price.

The qualifications the sequence runs on are registered and current — execution and supervision at the national register, design and drawing appraisal at the province, and three ISO systems. All five are reproduced further down this page as the documents themselves.
Four workmanship standards
The only technical performance claims in the profile, all four printed on one construction page of the Zeng Hsing plant.
Crystallised floor slab
Ground with chemical hardeners, strengthening the surface hardness of the concrete slab and raising cleaning efficiency.
External wall skim coat
The skim-coat layer is treated as a decisive part of the finished plant’s appearance, and is ground back.
Cable trunking
Cable runs consolidated into trunking, which the profile credits with a large improvement to the interior.
External yard slab
Yard paving reinforcement detailed so the slab’s load capacity can be set to the requirement.
