01Clay & Pottery
Inspired by clay and pottery, the design embraces soft curves, organic forms and warm earthy tones, translating traditional ceramic craftsmanship into a refined contemporary language.

Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13), Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh Cityformerly Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province — merged into Ho Chi Minh City on 1 July 2025
Design language
Lai Thieu is one of three villages named in Vietnam’s national list of intangible cultural heritage for Binh Duong pottery — a craft that emerged here in the mid-19th century, known for restrained patterns, a fine crackle glaze and a characteristic cobalt blue. The kilns themselves have wound down under a relocation policy, so SkySOLIS does not borrow a working village. It borrows the vocabulary: curve, glaze and pigment, read back into a facade.
01Inspired by clay and pottery, the design embraces soft curves, organic forms and warm earthy tones, translating traditional ceramic craftsmanship into a refined contemporary language.
02Lacquer art and shimmering materials are introduced as refined modern accents, drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of local craftsmanship.
03Green is introduced as a visual accent through nature-inspired patterns and colour blocks, evoking a sense of freshness, balance and tranquility.
Heritage designation: Decision 598/QD-BVHTTDL, 3 February 2021. Tuong Binh Hiep lacquerware, from the same area, carries the same national designation.
Amenity layout
Four amenity levels, stacked through the building rather than pushed to one deck. Every item below is the developer’s published list.

Arrival, gardens and the shared rooms a family actually uses on a weekday — set behind the green wall rather than on the boulevard.

A planted deck lifted clear of the boulevard, four floors up.

Water, fitness and the rooms you book for a birthday — the floor the building is built around.

Twenty-one levels above the boulevard: yoga, a cinema, a pet garden and the Sky Lounge.

Living spaces
Every image on this page is the developer’s own render. Nothing here is a stock photograph or a look-alike from another project.

Location
The site sits on Binh Duong Boulevard — National Highway 13 — in Lai Thieu Ward. It did not move; the map did.

On 1 July 2025, Binh Duong and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces were merged into Ho Chi Minh City; Vietnam went from 63 provinces and cities to 34. Ho Chi Minh City went from about 9 million to nearly 15 million in population and now spans over 6,772 km2 — more than three times the pre-merger city. Its share of national GDP rose from 15.5% to 24%.
Instrument: Nghi quyet 202/2025/QH15. “Thuan An City” and “Binh Duong Province” were abolished on that date — they survive only as a “formerly” clarifier on older listings.
Verifiable by street number
Drive times depend on who is driving. Street numbers do not. These four addresses sit on one road.

The tiers below are SkyWorld’s own published claims. VPM has not independently verified these drive times — we reproduce them as the developer’s statement, not as our own.
On the metro: no metro station in Lai Thieu Ward is confirmed by any independent source. Binh Duong Metro Line 1 (Binh Duong New City – Suoi Tien) is scheduled to start construction in 2027, with completion expected in 2031. The developer’s “02 minutes to Metro Station” therefore describes a planned station, not an operating one. Treat it as a plan with a 2031 horizon.
Also under way: National Highway 13 is being widened from Binh Trieu bridge to Vinh Binh bridge — 6.3 km to 60 m and 10 lanes, approved by the HCMC People’s Council, construction expected to start 2026.

VPM estimateThis price column is our estimate, not the developer’s price.
SkyWorld has not released SkySOLIS pricing. We derived each range by applying the published price band for the Highway 13 corridor — VND 45 to 70 million per m2 — to each layout’s published size. Treat it as a bracket for budgeting, not a quote.
Band: VnExpress 24 Jul 2025 (45 - 60) + ANTT 31 Jul 2025 (upper drift to 60 - 70). · The developer releases official pricing at launch on 28 July 2026.
No floor plans on this page. The developer’s unit plans are published as illustrations with Vietnamese annotations set inside the drawing, and they cannot be cropped without cutting into the plan itself. Rather than show you a plan you cannot read, a VPM advisor will send the full plan set for the type you are interested in.

Quality
QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System in Construction) is a workmanship-quality assessment developed and administered by CIDB Malaysia — the Malaysian government statutory board for construction — under standard CIS 7.

It scores structural, architectural, mechanical & electrical, and external works by independent site inspection, expressed as a percentage.
SkyWorld is bringing QLASSIC to SkySOLIS — an independent Malaysian assessment of build quality carried out before handover.
It matters because it is an outside opinion. Most build-quality claims in this market are the developer marking its own homework; a QLASSIC score is a number produced by inspectors who do not work for the developer, on a scale that is the same for everyone.
Developer-published scoreboard. Independently reported scores corroborate this 76–87% band.

The developer
SkySOLIS is SkyWorld’s first residential development in Vietnam and its first project outside Malaysia.

Straight answers
Most pages about this project will answer these three questions anyway. We would rather tell you the answer does not exist yet than invent one and be wrong in writing.
No price — per square metre or per unit, in dong or dollars — has been published for SkySOLIS. The developer did not disclose pricing at groundbreaking, and every outlet that covered it said so. Market launch is 28 July 2026.
No ownership-term statement appears on the developer’s site or anywhere in the 39-page brochure. Anyone quoting you a tenure for this project today is quoting you something they cannot source.
Not published for SkySOLIS — and not published for any comparable project in this corridor either. A VPM advisor confirms foreign-ownership eligibility and the legal pathway for this specific project on request, from the developer’s documentation rather than from memory.
This is the band for other buildings on this road. It is not a SkySOLIS price and must not be read as a proxy for one.
Many projects have since reached VND 60 - 70 million per m2, while stock at VND 50 - 55 million is thinning; successive launch phases have priced 7 - 13% higher. (ANTT, 31 July 2025.)
Both of those prints are from 2025 and SkySOLIS launches into a 2026 market. The band has moved; we will not compute a 2026 figure from a 2025 source, and we will not extrapolate a SkySOLIS number from a neighbour’s. SkySOLIS pricing releases at launch.

Ownership term and foreign-ownership quota for SkySOLIS are not published, so we print neither. A VPM advisor confirms foreign-ownership eligibility and walks you through the full legal pathway for this specific project on request — based on the developer’s documentation, not on guesswork.
